Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and implement AI-driven solutions for process automation and production optimization.
✔ Research and deploy AI tools to boost innovation in apparel technology.
✔ Design machine learning models by feeding data and by training LLM’s to cater to user requirements.
✔ Work closely with cross functional teams to evaluate an implement AI based automation and gain time and cost savings.
✔ Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, N8N and/or Power Automate.
What We Expect:
🔹 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
🔹 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
🔹 Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AI-driven ERP solutions.
🔹 Strong understanding of AI applications in manufacturing and supply chain.
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Communication Skills
- Fluency in English and Bengali, with the ability to communicate complex IT concepts to non-technical team members.

Job Description: Deputy Manager – IT (ERP)
Location: Universal Menswear Ltd., AEPZ, Narayanganj, Bangladesh.
Position Overview
Universal Menswear Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead the implementation and management of Oracle E-Business Suite and ERP systems. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and continual improvements to our ERP systems to enhance productivity, data integrity, and reporting across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oracle E-Business Suite Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and customization of the Oracle E-Business Suite, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- ERP Management: Oversee ERP operations, maintenance, and updates to meet business requirements and optimize functionalities for all users.
- Cross-functional Training: Conduct training sessions for cross-functional teams in both English and Bengali, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and system adoption.
- Project Management: ERP projects from inception through completion, coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring project goals are met.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Oracle E-Business Suite or ERP certification is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Oracle Database management and SQL.
- Excellent project management abilities with experience in ERP implementations.
- Knowledge of data and information security best practices.
